Connecting Indonesia’s Finest to South Korea’s Market

ITPC Busan is the representative organization of Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia

ITPC is a non-profit organization operating under the Directorate General of Export Development (DJ PEN). ITPC Busan was established to strengthen trade relations between Indonesia and South Korea. ITPC Busan serves as a bridge for trade by providing key services. These include sharing information about business opportunities in South Korea with Indonesian exporters and, conversely, offering insights on the potential of Indonesian export products to South Korean importers. ITPC Busan also supports Indonesian exporters through promotional efforts, including: 1. Facilitating participation in international trade exhibitions held in South Korea. 2. Providing a permanent display room for Indonesian export products at the ITPC Busan office. 3. Providing an online platform to serve as a resource for entrepreneurs in Indonesia and South Korea. 4. Organizing trade missions, buyer meetings, business matchmaking events, and more. As outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 10/M-DAG/PER/3/2010, ITPC Busan primary duties include the implementation of trade promotion activities abroad to boost non-oil commodity exports. ITPC Busan functions include: Promoting Indonesian export products abroad; providing detailed information on Indonesian goods; facilitating partnerships between Indonesian entrepreneurs and international businesses within its jurisdiction; assisting Indonesian exporters in entering and expanding their presence in foreign markets; enhancing promotional activities and supporting market penetration initiatives. In carrying out its duties and functions, ITPC Busan focuses on market penetration, information services, export promotion, and support the business community through: 1. Actively participate in international trade exhibitions and facilitating Indonesian entrepreneurs involvement. 2. Build networks with trade-related organizations. 3. Assist South Korean importers in sourcing Indonesian products and connecting them with exporters. 4. Help Indonesian exporters in developing their market presence in South Korea. 5. Conduct market intelligence to identify trade policies and potential products for the South Korean market. 6. Facilitate business meetings and matchmaking opportunities between importers and exporters. 7. Provide market briefs, statistical data, and a database of exporters and importers.
