South Korea’s gross industrial production fell for the first time in three months.
According to a report unveiled on Tuesday by Statistics Korea, the country’s industrial production in April fell by zero-point-eight percent from March.
Sluggish exports reduced production in the manufacturing and mining sectors while the construction and retail industries also suffered drops in output.
Gross production fell one-point-four percent in January before rising zero-point-seven percent in February and another zero-point-seven percent in March.
